Shipping will be done by an available carrier of your choosing, but currently we only have Canada Post available.  Signature-required is necessary for all shipments.  Any extra duties, fees or charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns must be pre-authorized and unsolicited returns will be considered to be an unsolicited gift.  In the case of a defective product, the customer is advised to contact the manufacturer as we do not have the facilities to handle in-warranty repairs or returns.  Returns of non defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  There are no returns on items that are used or damaged due to misuse.  There are no returns on open bags of BBs. Shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Shipping charges are non refundable.
